1978 Chevrolet Corvette - 68RR

This is my numbers matching 1978 Silver Anniversary edition L82 4spd with 63,000 original miles. I was 24 years old in 1978 and my next door neighbor bought one of these. I couldn't believe what a great looking car it was. The combination of two tone silver with the oyster interior gives the car an elegance I've never seen on another vette. Years went by and I bought a used one with the L48 engine in 1988. The previous owner had beaten it up and I spent most of the time repairing it.. After about two years I got fed up and traded it on a new car. This past year, I came across this one. It is the hard to find L82 4SPD with Oyster interior. The guy selling it bought it brand new in November of 1978 and had recently done some freshening up. Everything on it works including the clock. As you can see from the photos it is in exceptional condition. It won "best of class" in the first show I entered it in. People really respond to this car everywhere it goes...especially young people.
It drives as tight as new and makes me feel like the tag says (24 Again)every time I drive it.
